What the state has
Visakhapatnam is the state's IT and fintech anchor with SEZs and a submarine-cable landing, while Vijayawada, Tirupati and Kakinada host growing IT and electronics activity.
Where the gaps are
Across Rayalaseema and the agrarian interior managed IT is sparse — MSMEs, agri-businesses and government offices in tier-3 towns largely run without monitored infrastructure.
